Rebecca White was an army wife for 8 years before her husband was medically discharged. Rebecca currently resides in Sylvania, Ohio where she is the mother to three boys ages 14, 12 and 5 and the owner of Heal Yourself Talk Radio .

Rebecca started Heal Yourself Talk Radio out of a desire to reach out to others and teach them how to learn how to heal their mind, body and soul. After years of dealing with depression, Rebecca realized she wanted to help others learn how to deal with depression and other areas of life. Heal Yourself Talk Radio is a great starting point for information no matter what you are dealing with in your life.

Rebecca is a recognized author at Women’s Online Magazine, Ezine Articles, ClubMom and was a moderator for 3 years on Baby University’s Body and Soul Forums.

Rebecca was a guest host for awhile on Army Wife Talk Radio before going her own way with Heal Yourself Talk Radio.

Rebecca is also the owner and CEO of Advantage Marketing 4 U , a website and graphics design website for business owners who are looking for a unique image for their company business. Advantage Marketing offers website design, banner and button creation, e-book cover creation, online coupon creation and so much more.

Rebecca also owns The Health and Healing Magazine and The Health Podcasting Directory.  Healing is a passion of hers.  From mind, body and soul Rebecca feels everyone can learn to heal themselves if they just have the right frame of mind.
